If you’re a new client, after you’ve booked and paid for your Initial Consultation, you’ll receive an email with all the information you need.
This includes how to access and complete the Intake Form and add any recent test results.
48 hours before your appointment you’ll be sent a reminder by text, to confirm.
15 minutes before your online appointment, you’ll be sent an online link to join the video consult. This is sent by both email and text, so you can join the consult on your desktop/laptop or your phone.
It’s suggested you find a quiet and private area to use your device, preferably with earphones/AirPods with a built-in microphone.

Cancellation, rescheduling, lateness or nonattendance
All consultations are prepaid at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, 100% of the consultation fee will be retained.
If you fail to attend your consultation, 100% of the consultation fee is retained.
If you are late to your consultation, the time allocated for the appointment remains. In this scenario, the objectives of the consultation may not be met and may need to be completed in another appointment.
If, due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances you're not able to attend your consultation, 100% of the consultation fee is retained and you'll be invited to reschedule your appointment. If you decline to reschedule your appointment, the consultation fee is retained.

This depends entirely on your individual situation, your current health challenges and your goals. Ideally, you get to the point of needing me less and less!

Yes, I can refer you for all general (blood) pathology testing as well as functional testing (e.g. salivary hormones, gut/vaginal microbiome mapping, urine testing, hair mineral analysis etc). As these are private referrals, the fees are additional and paid directly to the lab.
I always suggest seeing your doctor to get as many general pathology tests completed on Medicare as possible. For those you can’t get through your GP, we can arrange to have these done privately with the labs that I regularly work with. All fees are paid directly to the lab.
If functional pathology is recommended (e.g. stool or vaginal microbiome, saliva, urine) this testing is done through functional labs only. I can refer and arrange this testing for you. All fees are paid directly to the lab.

Yes. Some herbal medicines and even nutrients can interact with certain medications. These are always cross-checked for any contraindications/cautions before prescribing.
Common medications we can work alongside are the oral contraceptive pill, anti-depressants, thyroid medication and/or hormone therapy for perimenopause/menopause.

No, any prescribed products/supplements or herbal formulas are additional to the consultation fee. I utilise a comprehensive range of practitioner-only products for optimal results.

The products I prescribe in your Treatment plan can be accessed and purchased through my online dispensary service, Vital.ly. These are then posted directly to you.
If I prescribe a custom herbal formula, this is dispensed from my clinic dispensary and posted directly to you.

Yes, I work with women/mothers in the preconception space. If however, you have known fertility issues or concerns I can refer you to another practitioner specialising in this area.
-
I typically like to consult with my pregnant clients at least once in each trimester. This of course depends on each individual case and any issues we are working on throughout pregnancy.
For birth preparation and postpartum planning purposes, there may be additional consultation/s in the 3rd trimester.
Postpartum consults will depend on individual circumstances and also whether we have worked together during pregnancy.
-
I work exclusively with mothers, focusing on the areas of pregnancy and postpartum health, postpartum depletion, thyroid health, hormones, perimenopause, metabolism and healthy aging.
